ARVEA Nature is a multinational company with operations in several countries in Africa and in several wilayas in Algeria, operating in the natural cosmetics sector. It specializes in skincare and hygiene products, makeup, fragrances, and dietary supplements, and currently has 170 employees spread across the country. With values centered on the importance of people, ARVEA Nature decided in March 2022 to adopt a human resources management information system (HRMIS) to modernize its HR management.

Before Talenteo came along, ARVEA Nature’s HR department faced several challenges:

  • Time Management, Leave, and Absences: Simplified leave requests, real-time tracking of work hours, monitoring of absences, and automatic updates to leave balances,
  • Performance Management: Tracking Employee Evaluations and Development,
  • Payroll Management: Synchronization of absence and leave data, automation of payroll calculations, and generation of electronic pay stubs and social security and tax filings.

Talenteo was implemented at ARVEA Nature in just one month thanks to close coordination between the HR department, the IT department, and managers.

Management took care to educate the teams on the benefits of the HRIS, explaining how this new tool would make their work easier and improve transparency in data management.

The rollout took place in three stages:
